A sport performance and mental wellness platform built for athletes, parents, coaches, and organizations navigating the invisible challenges of competitive sport and life.
Our team is looking forward to introducing you to The Huddle community and "The Invisible Game™" online educational program.
After We Play is designed to help
After We Play is dedicated to supporting athletes through every stage of their journey. From the pressures of competition and performance to questions of identity, purpose, and mental wellness, we help athletes build the skills they need to thrive both in sports and in life.
We exist to fill that gap by providing programs, tools, and a supportive community that empower athletes to rediscover their purpose, rebuild confidence, and thrive well beyond the scoreboard.
To help athletes compete with freedom and confidence and carry that same freedom and confidence into every chapter that follows. We believe that leaving the game isn't the end — it's the start of a lifelong journey of growth, impact, and purpose.
A world where every athlete transitions from sport into life with resilience, identity, and a renewed drive to succeed — in their careers, families, and communities.

His work is rooted in strong family values and timeless life principles, with a deep belief that athletic success and personal growth are inseparable. As Managing Director, Scott works closely with universities, youth sports organizations, and professional leagues to deliver programs that protect athlete wellbeing, foster leadership, and prepare players for lifelong success.

Designed to Help Athletes Understand
"The strongest athletes aren't just physically prepared — they understand what's happening inside, and they know how to work with it, not against it."
